Send an item to return?
As soon as the return shipment has been received in good condition, the payment obligation will expire or the amount already paid is refunded.
With an unopened box, the order may be returned by means of the explanation mentioned above.
With an opened box or package, contact us must first be contacted at 058-2045115 or via email@example.com.
Then it can be discussed what the reason is of the return and can possibly also discuss whether there is a solution or possibility to return.
What about the warranty?
Standard SCREENON uses a guarantee period of 2 years (note: this does not apply to batteries of laptops, there is half a year in it)
Does your product have a seal?
It can happen that your product has a seal. This is a guarantee guarantee from the producer that your item has been checked for completeness and that your product is checked. If you have broken this seal, contact us can also be recorded first.
Your specialist ensures that the products and / or services meet the agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and / or usability and the legal provisions and legal provisions on the date of the conclusion of the agreement / or government regulations. If agreed, the entrepreneur is also in that the product is suitable for other than normal use.
A guarantee provided by the entrepreneur, manufacturer or importer does not affect the statutory rights and claims that the consumer can apply to the entrepreneur under the Agreement.
Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to the entrepreneur within 14 days after delivery. Return of the products should be done in the original packaging and in new condition.
The guarantee period of the entrepreneur corresponds to the factory guarantee period. However, the entrepreneur is not responsible for the final suitability of the products for each individual application by the consumer, nor for any advice regarding the use or application of the products.
The warranty does not apply if:
The consumer has repaired and / or edited the products delivered or has been repaired by third parties;
The products supplied to abnormal conditions are exposed or otherwise treated carelessly or contrary to the instructions of the entrepreneur and / or packaging are treated;
The defendence is completely or partially the result of regulations that the government has set or will set with regard to the nature or quality of the materials applied.

Right of withdrawal / reflection time
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without a statement of reason. You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, refer to the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return if the product has already been received in good order.
